To approve or reject multiple items with one click you need a selection first. Select multiple cards by checking them in their top left corners. Once you create a selection, you find the option to approve or reject multiple items in the top right corner under "Apply to selection". Reject is accessible within the three vertical dots context menu.

Rejecting creative resolves in a global state. Meaning any rejected assets won't be included in the approved filters.
