No need to do this yourself, filters are automatically created once an asset changes state (e.g. is approved or rejected). With this action, the filter is automatically created and appears in the filters section.

You add images to approved and rejected collections by approving or rejecting the image. Undecided images get listed under undecided.

Filters are located in the top left sidebar and can be collapsed.
