To add an image from a collection follow these steps:
Open the "collections" menu which indicates in purple if the creative is already part of any collections
Select and check the collection you want the creative to appear in
If you don't want the creative to appear in that collection any longer, uncheck it.
Tip: You can create a new collection from this menu as well.
