Any changes to a Workspace project are displayed immediately and can be traced within the notifications panel. This includes actions such as "approving / rejecting" a creative, changing the image sequence, adding a new collection, uploading new files, creating collections and editing the access options of the project. Notifications also include the number of accesses to sharing links (review, presentation, inbox links) or if files have been downloaded.

All changes within a project are visible to anyone with access to the project.
