Are you mainly using Picter to submit to contests? Your ability to participate in Picter Contest stays the same – you can use that part of Picter for free – after the trial for Picter expires. 

We won’t charge you anything after the trial ends unless you actively subscribe by adding your payment details. If you don’t plan to use Picter anymore make sure to save your projects before the trial ends.
