In the top right corner click the “share” button. You are presented with the sharing options menu. In this menu you find the sharing link and you can edit the shareable link permissions.

Via a personalized email message you can invite guest members and guest viewers. Guest members have a similar project access to yours.
Guest viewers can not make changes to the project.
