When you approve an image it automatically becomes part of the “approved” filters. Approvals are user-based, reject resolves in a global state. Meaning creative can be approved by multiple stakeholders, however if an asset is rejected it is no longer included in any approved filters.

There are three states for each asset in a project:

  • Approved

  • Undecided (which means it's not approved)

  • Rejected

You can identify approved and rejected images in any collection with the green check and red X. Rejected image cards also appear greyed out.

In filters you find the rejected, undecided and approved creative as collected by the filter.
